My Name is Lisa Turner-Palmaffy and I've been a resident of Westchester/Putnam County all my life, currently residing in Cortlandt Manor with my husband and 4 wonderful children.  My background is in the nursing field and I’ve been a LPN since 1994, having worked at both the Hudson Valley Hospital Center and the Cortlandt Nursing Home.  Although my background is nursing, I have also had experience in Real Estate for the most part of my life.

My father was a great carpenter and built many homes in Westchester/Putnam.  My mother and step-father, Chris & Keith Bobolia -- proud owners for many, many years of Home Mason Supply in Peekskill -- as well have built, bought and sold many homes in the area. 

I have learned a great deal of information over the years and began utilizing my talent with the Buying and Selling of New Construction, Single Family and Multi-Family homes as well as Condos & Rentals.  I began working for Homeview Realty (serving this area for over 10 years) and after the first year, my broker decided it was time to retire.  She kept her business open in order for me to obtain my Brokers license, which I was able to do fairly quickly as within my first year I had enough sales to qualify and take the proper courses.  Since obtaining my license in Real Estate, I've received an award in sales each year and will continue to do so.

I opened Home Quest Realty in January of 2006 and I lead a great team of licensed professionals; some having over 20 years of experience in this business.  I would love to thank the whole team for their support and loyalty.  I would also like to thank all of my Clients for their loyalty and as well as their having full confidence in my ability to handle their transactions with professionalism and true care & concern for their needs.

Who is Jack A. Mercurio?  I wish I could tell you I am a life-long resident of Peekskill.  It is certainly a wonderful community and Dutchess, Orange, Putnam and Westchester Counties are amongst the most beautiful I have ever seen.  I can tell you, that I happily re-located to Highland Falls (Orange County), New York from Pacifica, (San Mateo County) California.  So, I know about moving!  I know how hectic, frustrating, frightening and exciting it can be all at the same time.

I can also tell you that I know Real Estate.  I come from California, as an experienced Licensed Realtor Associate®.  One thing is certain in any Market Climate… there isn’t any more land being created.  That makes your property all the more valuable.
